1. Production (Lead) Time
Since every item at Printed Gifts is 3D printed specifically for your order, our total delivery time depends on the ordered items you have placed.
- Small/Simple Items: Typically require 1 to 2 business days for production.
- Larger/Complex Items (e.g., Home Decor): May require up to 5 business days for production.
The production time officially begins the next business day after your order is confirmed and the 8-hour cancellation window has expired (as outlined in our Cancellation Policy).
2. Shipping (Transit) Time and charges
This covers the time and cost for the item to reach you once production is complete and the item is dispatched.
- Shipping Charge: Standard Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The current standard rate is Free across Maharashtra.
- Estimated Delivery: Once the order has been dispatched from our store, it will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days.
- Remote Locations: Delivery to locations that are in low coverage or difficult-to-reach areas may take additional working days after dispatch.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via a system-generated email with the tracking details. You can always find your tracking information by logging into your account and navigating to the My Account ➡️ Orders tab.
4. Return to Origin (RTO)
- Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt up to 3 deliveries to your specified location. If all delivery attempts fail (e.g., due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal), the product will be marked as “Return to Origin” (RTO) and sent back to our facility.
- RTO Re-shipment: Since all items are custom-made and final sale, RTO orders can be re-shipped upon request. However, the customer will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee currently ₹ 60 to cover the second attempt.
Changes to this Policy:
Printed Gifts can modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
